The service of the G-11 turbine is an annual requirement to continue the validation of the warranty during the warranty period and to ensure that the machine achieves it designed lifespan of 20 years.
In conjunction with the activities outlined in the service manual it is expected that the following parts will be required to be replaced at the specified service interval.

Also carried out during the service is lubrication of the main and yaw bearings using the specified or equivalent grease, application of anti-corrosion paint to exposed metal parts when required, gel coat surface repair to the blades when required, and updating of controller software parameters as required.
